About Buena Vista Partners

Dan Ford, Founder and Managing Partner.
Dan has been involved in large home construction projects in San Francisco as both a private investor as well as being on-site Project Manager for over 9 years. Dan currently lives in Russian Hill and previous to founding Buena Vista Partners, he sold enterprise software for various large Bay Area technology companies for over 11 years. Dan is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Sean Condry, owner of STC Engineering, (www.stcengineering.com) is also a Managing Partner with Buena Vista Partners, L.P. Sean brings contracting services to the partnership with day-to-day professional construction management and operations, with over 12 years in the business of building large luxury homes. Sean is a Professional Civil Engineer as well as a licensed General Contractor in the State of California. He also has in-depth knowledge of San Francisco building codes within the Building Department. Sean resides with his family in Marin.
